In the original timeline where Draken died, he's a shell of his former self by the time Naoto and Takemichi meet up with him, having turned into an Extreme Doormat and his boss's favorite punchbag. After Moebius disbands, he's too afraid of Kisaki to dare do anything to him. However, his humiliating defeat at the hands of Mikey, getting stabbed by Pah-chin, and most of all Kisaki's manipulation leave a lasting effect on him.
